Free shipping from 150 Euro
The flat-rate shipping costs include the statutory value added tax. Since the value-added tax on the flat-rate shipping costs is calculated depending on the goods purchased, it may be reduced if goods are purchased at lower value-added tax rates (e.g. if books are purchased). This means that the flat-rate shipping costs can only be finally calculated during the ordering process. However, it cannot be increased, but only reduced in your favour.
Delivery to Switzerland
For delivery into Switzerland, we recommend you to use the service of MeinEinkauf.ch. You will find all information under MeinEinkauf.ch. All customs formalities and delivery to your door will then be handled by MeinEinkauf.ch for a small fee. You will receive your goods quickly, duty paid and inexpensively.
Shipping partner
The dispatch of the articles takes place within Germany by DHL. The parcel service offers you a possibility for tracking and tracing on its homepage. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an e-mail with your shipment number. This way you can always be informed about the status of your delivery.
Processing and delivery time
Orders placed via our website before 12:00 noon on a working day (Monday to Friday) will be processed the same day. The delivery time is, unless otherwise stated on the product, within Germany 2- 10 working days. You will also receive an e-mail when your goods leave our warehouse.
